By accessing the website and/or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

 

Ordering

Please make sure the email address you provide us with is when ordering is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. All Order confirmations are sent to that email address. After ordering online a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours - this will state whether the item(s) are in stock or will be specially made. and also an estimate delivery date. If you require any item(s) for a specific date please contact us to make sure we can meet your requirements before ordering.

 

Payment

 

All prices quoted on the website are retail, displayed in (£) British Pounds Sterling, and exclude the cost of delivery.

Payment for all orders (including those placed from outside the UK) are made in (£) Pounds Sterling. Payment in whole by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express is required before despatch of the goods. Once payment is recieved, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in the online order form which will state estimate delivery date. Your jewellery will be sent to you in a Terri Campbell Jewellery gift box.

 

Refunds & exchanges

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from www.terricampbelljewellery.co.uk, We are happy to offer a 14 day refund and exchange policy.

You must notify us as soon as possible and return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt in the condition they were sold. After receiving returned goods a refund will be issued. Please retain proof of posting of any items being returned as we are not responsible for any lost items. 

 

Returns for a Damaged or Defective Product: Any items damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will repair or replace the Products or refund the price paid by you, provided that you have not worn or used and damaged the Products. If the Products are damaged or defective, we require that you tell us within 7 days,

 

Hallmarks

Hallmarking is your guarantee of quality. Terri Campbell jewellery is hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office, except for smaller pieces, such as earrings & small pendants, where hallmarking is not required with exemption weights. Terri Campbell Jewellery reserves the right to remove any items listed in the website from sale, to change designs, technical specifications or alter prices without prior notice.
